I had a pleasant stay at Nh Collection Berlin Mitte Am Checkpoint Charlie, enjoying its excellent central location near major attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed an early check-in for my family. However, my room had its issues; the air conditioning didn't work effectively, making it stuffy at times, and the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, it was a nice experience but with some concerns.
